SecuroServ • 17 Organization jobs

VIP/CEO Work

A complete guide to the 17 permanent Organization jobs launched through SecuroServ. It separates nine standard jobs, eight jobs that require an owned Special Vehicle, internal VIP Challenges and the completely separate Special Vehicle Work system on the Office computer.

Complete activity guide

The index and asset gates are based on Rockstar's official descriptions and a maintained secondary catalogue. No reliable complete current payout table exists for all 17 jobs, so the family remains outside the calculator and rankings. Convergent secondary sources confirm only the post-success cooldown: about 5 minutes before a different VIP Work and about 10 minutes before repeating the same one.

VIP/CEO Work

Start here

Open the Interaction Menu → SecuroServ, register as a VIP or CEO, then choose VIP Work. The job launches in the current Freemode session—not from the Office computer or the Rockstar Jobs list.

Access and requirements

VIP grants access without buying an Office when registration is available in the session; CEO requires an Executive Office. An Organization can contain the leader and up to three Associates. Some jobs require a rival Organization, a Super Yacht, or a Vehicle Warehouse plus a specific Special Vehicle.

If the start is missing

If SecuroServ or a job is greyed out, finish the current activity, leave Passive Mode, check the asset gate in the index and change session if the Organization limit has been reached. The timer shown in the menu is authoritative; do not try to launch Special Vehicle Work from this screen.

01 • First completion, step by step

First completion, step by step

  1. 01

    Register the Organization

    ACTION
In a quiet session open SecuroServ and register as VIP/CEO. Invite Associates before opening the work list if you want to split roles.
    TIP
For a first run choose a job available without a Special Vehicle—Sightseer or Headhunter teaches the basic loop.
    RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
Being an MC President or already inside another activity blocks the SecuroServ list.
    HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
Disband the MC, finish the Job and register again; if Organization slots are full, change session.
  2. 02

    Read the job gate

    ACTION
Highlight the selected job and read its gate: standard, rival-dependent, Super Yacht or named Special Vehicle. Do not buy a vehicle for ordinary Sightseer/Headhunter.
    TIP
Piracy Prevention requires an owned Galaxy Super Yacht; the eight Special Vehicle VIP Works also require a Vehicle Warehouse and the matching vehicle.
    RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
Confusing this list with Special Vehicle Work can lead to buying a vehicle that the Office-computer mission does not require.
    HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
Open the separate Special Vehicle Work guide and unlock its mission through Vehicle Cargo steals first.
  3. 03

    Launch and read the HUD

    ACTION
Confirm the work, wait for the session announcement and read the objective, timer and markers. The job runs in the open world, so rivals can contest it.
    TIP
Set a waypoint only after the real objective appears; in Sightseer complete the app hack first, while Headhunter requires identifying four targets.
    RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
Leaving before the HUD updates can send the entire team toward the wrong location.
    HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
Stop somewhere safe, read the new instruction and only then split driver and cover roles.
  4. 04

    Execute the main objective

    ACTION
The leader drives the objective or runs the app while an Associate scouts ahead, clears NPCs and watches rivals. Protect the package, vehicle or VIP according to the selected job.
    TIP
Do not chase every rival: delivery jobs are won by preserving the objective and timer, not kill count.
    RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
Destroying the key vehicle, losing every package or killing the VIP can end the job.
    HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
Recover a dropped package from the map; if the objective is permanently destroyed, accept the failure and choose another available job while its timer runs.
  5. 05

    Deliver or hold the score

    ACTION
For delivery work place the whole objective in the corona; in defence hold the area/vehicle until time expires; in elimination confirm the final marked target.
    TIP
Lose the wanted level before the finish when required and do not abandon the required vehicle.
    RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
Standing beside the corona does not complete delivery, and leaving the critical area in the final seconds loses a defence.
    HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
Return in the marked vehicle, reposition it or recover the package; after a rival takeover follow the icon rather than the original location.
  6. 06

    Settle and rotate

    ACTION
Wait for the successful-completion message and cash/RP. From that point, wait about 5 minutes before a different VIP Work or about 10 minutes before repeating the same one.
    TIP
The cooldown starts after completion. After cancelling, do not assume a duration—the SecuroServ menu and its timer are the operational authority.
    RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
Baking a temporary weekly multiplier or an unverified Piracy Prevention exception into the baseline falsifies the permanent economics.
    HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
Keep the family outside hourly rankings; after a cancellation rely only on current menu availability.

02 • Variants and mechanics

Variants and mechanics

Sightseer • Headhunter • Hostile Takeover

1–4 in the Organization

No property or Special Vehicle gate; launch from VIP Work.

OBJECTIVE
Sightseer: three packages after app hacks; Headhunter: four targets; Hostile Takeover: recover a package from a guarded site and deliver it.
MECHANIC
The driver/CEO handles the app or objective while an Associate clears the route and reacts to rivals.
COMPLETION
The last package, target or delivery is confirmed before the timer.
HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
If the package is lost follow its icon; if a target is blocked change the attack angle rather than abandoning the area.

Asset Recovery • Airfreight • Haulage

1–4 in the Organization

Standard VIP Work; the mission supplies its objective.

OBJECTIVE
Asset Recovery: recover two impounded vehicles; Airfreight: hook a container with the Cargobob; Haulage: attach and deliver a trailer.
MECHANIC
The slowest objective leaves first; the second player escorts or blocks rivals instead of duplicating the driver.
COMPLETION
Every required vehicle/container reaches the final marker.
HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
Do not destroy the mission vehicle. If the trailer detaches reverse straight and reconnect; if the container drops, retry the hover from above.

Executive Search • Executive Deathmatch • Piracy Prevention

Organization + rivals; Piracy requires a Super Yacht

Executive Search/Deathmatch require suitable session rivals; Piracy Prevention requires an owned Galaxy Super Yacht.

OBJECTIVE
Hide the VIP from hunters, win the Organization fight or defend the yacht's upper deck.
MECHANIC
In Search the VIP stays in the area and changes cover; on the yacht one player watches air access and another the stairs.
COMPLETION
The timer ends with the correct Organization/defender ahead.
HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
If the mode is greyed out, you need sufficient rivals or the yacht; changing session cannot replace a missing asset.

Plowed • Fully Loaded • Amphibious Assault • Transporter

Plowed/Fully Loaded/Amphibious/Transporter: 1–4

Vehicle Warehouse + owned Phantom Wedge / Ruiner 2000 / Technical Aqua / Wastelander.

OBJECTIVE
Smash crates with the Wedge; destroy armed targets with the Ruiner; attack land/water objectives in the Technical; carry a vehicle on the Wastelander.
MECHANIC
The Special Vehicle is both tool and single failure point; gunner and driver should not leave it together.
COMPLETION
All targets are destroyed or the payload is delivered before time expires.
HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
If wedged, reverse and change angle; if overturned use momentum/terrain, while a destroyed vehicle makes the run unrecoverable.

Fortified • Velocity • Ramped Up • Stockpiling

1–4; Ramped Up requires 2–4

Vehicle Warehouse + owned Armored Boxville / Rocket Voltic / Ramp Buggy / Blazer Aqua.

OBJECTIVE
Survive in the Boxville; maintain Voltic speed; launch motorcycles to crates with the Ramp Buggy; collect cargo on land and water with the Blazer.
MECHANIC
Ramped Up has real roles: the buggy driver lines up the launch and the rider collects. In the others, cover scouts ahead.
COMPLETION
The timer/collection completes successfully with the vehicle intact and the required score.
HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
Do not attempt Ramped Up solo. If Voltic speed drops use a straight and boost; for a missed crate return to its active icon.

VIP Challenges — separate system

2–4 members of one Organization

SecuroServ → VIP Challenges, not VIP Work.

OBJECTIVE
Boundary index: Auto Buyout; Cashing Out; Courier Service; Due Diligence; Market Manipulation; Most Wanted; Point to Point; Salvage.
MECHANIC
These are intra-Organization score contests, not session-wide interception of a VIP Work objective.
COMPLETION
The scoreboard leader at the end receives the challenge settlement.
HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
For a shared objective against the session return to VIP Work; if the list is empty hire the required Associates.

03 • Real roles / Strategies

Real roles i Strategies

Real roles

VIP/CEO — objective owner

Launches the job, handles the app/key vehicle and decides whether to finish or disengage from rivals.

Real roles

Associate — scout and cover

Runs ahead of a slow objective, clears NPCs, watches the map and recovers dropped cargo without needlessly taking the leader's vehicle.

Real roles

Special-vehicle operator

In asset-gated variants preserves the mission tool, positions ramps/weapons and calls the second role's entry timing.

SAFE FIRST RUN

Start with Sightseer or Headhunter in a quiet session. Read the menu before launch, use a protected vehicle and play the objective rather than fighting the whole map.

ADVANCED

Rotate different available jobs between cargo sourcing. For contested work pre-position a scout near the first objective; for Special Vehicle jobs assign one permanent driver and separate cover.

04 • Reward and economic status

Job-dependent result • informational

Each of the 17 jobs settles its own Organization objective and result; assets are access gates rather than a shared per-run cost. Without a current table for every job, the guide neither aggregates payouts nor calculates an hourly ranking.

GTA$$30,000–$35,000

Observed range specific to this activity; variant, result, duration or completion condition selects the value within it. Event multipliers are excluded.

Ccommunity-reported
RP2,000–3,000 RP

This activity-specific range spans its setups, sub-missions, finale or variants; difficulty and in-Job actions select the value within it.

Ccommunity-reported

After successful completion: about 5 minutes before a different VIP Work and about 10 minutes before the same one. No defensible cancellation duration is available—check the SecuroServ timer.

CONFIDENCE: Access and index A/B; no reliable complete payout table; post-completion cooldown B

05 • Common mistakes and recovery

Common mistakes and recovery

VIP Work confused with Special Vehicle Work

Launch VIP Work from the Interaction Menu; the eight-mission Special Vehicle Work comes from the Office computer and does not require buying the mission vehicle.

Vehicle bought without a Vehicle Warehouse

The eight vehicle VIP Works require both a Vehicle Warehouse and the matching owned Special Vehicle.

Event result treated as baseline

Compare only a result without a temporary multiplier; this guide does not calculate hourly income.
