LS Car Meet Races
Travel to the LS Car Meet in Cypress Flats, enter the warehouse and buy membership from Mimi. Street and Pursuit also appear under Rockstar Created; Sprint is launched as a challenge with another Meet member.
Street requires 2–8 players. Pursuit requires a Tuners car, Rep level 5 and 4–16 players. Sprint requires 2–4 participants in the Meet. The Test Track is practice, not a separate income Job.
If Pursuit is locked, check membership, Rep 5 and a compatible Tuners car. If Sprint is unavailable, both players must be inside the LS Car Meet and accept the challenge.
Membership
LS Car Meet $50,000 from scratch

01 • First completion, step by step
First completion, step by step
01 Unlock the Meet
- ACTION
- Enter the warehouse, watch the introduction and buy membership from Mimi.
- TIP
- Do not buy expensive upgrades immediately; first test the modes and your vehicle.
- RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
- Without membership, parts of the menu and Rep progression remain locked.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- Return to Mimi in the central Meet area and complete membership.
02 Use the Test Track
- ACTION
- Take a compatible car onto the Test Track and practise braking and exits, but do not treat it as a repeatable payout race.
- TIP
- Use practice to assess handling before Street or Pursuit.
- RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
- Practice laps do not replace completing a Job.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- Leave the Test Track and select a series from the menu/organiser when you want an actual race result.
03 Choose the correct mode
- ACTION
- Use Street 2–8 for a first run. Leave Pursuit until Rep 5 and launch Sprint with another player inside the Meet.
- TIP
- Read the player requirement before inviting.
- RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
- Pursuit will not launch with three players, and Sprint is not a normal playlist entry.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- Switch series or add the missing players; do not troubleshoot the car when the lobby is the issue.
04 Complete the run
- ACTION
- In Street, follow fixed checkpoints. In Pursuit, read the open-city route and manage police. In Sprint, reach the destination before the challengers.
- TIP
- Prioritise a complete finish rather than a record on the first run.
- RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
- Missing a checkpoint or losing the open-city route destroys the lead.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- Return to the last gate; in Pursuit use a major road to regain direction instead of cutting through random alleys.
05 Collect result and Rep
- ACTION
- Wait for the result screen. Keep permanent LS Car Meet progression separate from temporary weekly bonuses.
- TIP
- After the run decide whether handling, route knowledge or required Rep is the real constraint.
- RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
- An event multiplier is not the family's baseline payout.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- If settlement is missing, complete a full Job again; the Test Track cannot replace the result screen.
02 • Variants and mechanics
Variants and mechanics
Street Series
2–8Membership; Rockstar Created or Meet organiser.
- OBJECTIVE
- Complete an urban course through a fixed checkpoint layout.
- MECHANIC
- Technical streets, course-defined shortcuts and the Tuners class.
- COMPLETION
- Finish after every checkpoint.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- Return immediately after missing a gate; do not assume the next one will fix it.
Pursuit Series
4–16Membership, Rep 5 and a compatible Tuners car.
- OBJECTIVE
- Choose routes between spread-out checkpoints while managing a police pursuit.
- MECHANIC
- The open route rewards map knowledge rather than one closed racing line.
- COMPLETION
- Final point and finish.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- If lost, return to a wide road and line up the next checkpoint rather than fighting through an alley.
Sprint
2–4Participants inside the LS Car Meet; challenge from the interaction menu.
- OBJECTIVE
- After leaving together, reach the destination before the rivals.
- MECHANIC
- This is a player challenge, not a normal Rockstar Created Job.
- COMPLETION
- Sprint destination in the open map.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- If the invite expires, return to the Meet and launch a new challenge.
Test Track
Practice spaceEnter from inside the LS Car Meet.
- OBJECTIVE
- Test the car, line and handling without a regular race result.
- MECHANIC
- It may contain practice challenges but is not a separate permanent income race.
- COMPLETION
- Exit the practice track.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- If you expect a race payout, select Street/Pursuit or accept a Sprint.
Test Track Time Trial
1Enter the Test Track and launch the trial from the Interaction Menu.
- OBJECTIVE
- Complete the marked lap and improve your personal time.
- MECHANIC
- This is an LS Car Meet practice trial, not the weekly map Time Trial.
- COMPLETION
- Cross the line after a complete lap.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- After missing a gate, cancel and relaunch the trial from the menu.
Head-to-Head
2Two players on the shared Test Track; challenge from the Interaction Menu.
- OBJECTIVE
- Win the direct duel around the marked route.
- MECHANIC
- Contact and the small space reward a clean start; this is not a public Street Race.
- COMPLETION
- The first racer completes the required run.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- If the invite expires, both players return to the track and send a new challenge.
Scramble
2–4Players on the shared Test Track; challenge from the Interaction Menu.
- OBJECTIVE
- Be first to collect 20 randomly placed checkpoints.
- MECHANIC
- Points appear in an open order, so planning turns matters more than one racing line.
- COMPLETION
- The first player reaches 20 points.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- After a poor target choice, abandon the distant point for a closer one; relaunch after a disconnect.
03 • Real roles / Strategies
Real roles i Strategies
Organiser
Chooses the correct series and checks player count and Rep gates.
Driver
Each player drives their own car; Sprint does not need artificial team roles.
Buy membership, test the car on the Test Track and start with Street. Attempt Pursuit only after Rep 5 with at least four players.
Learn braking points in Street, plan major roads between Pursuit checkpoints and match the car to terrain and destination in Sprint.
04 • Reward and economic status
Informational — no universal base rate
Cash and RP depend on the result and Job configuration. Rockstar does not publish one current base table, so this activity is informational rather than rankable.
Observed range specific to this activity; variant, result, duration or completion condition selects the value within it. Event multipliers are excluded.
