RANDOM / TRANSFORM / RACESComplete activity guide
Availability was confirmed for 27 August–2 September 2026. The guide requires review after that date; an absent tile must not be described as an account bug.

Random Transform Races
During the confirmed window use the event tile or Rockstar Jobs list and choose a Random Transform Race. Do not search for names Rockstar never published.
The vehicle is randomised at every checkpoint. The announcement distinguishes Known Unknown and Unknown Unknown but gives no separate lobby range or individual IDs.
After 2 September 2026 first verify current availability from an approved source. Do not create a bookmark using an invented Job ID or promise the race must remain listed.

01 • First completion, step by step
First completion, step by step
01 Confirm availability
- ACTION
- Check that the tile/list is actually visible in the current Jobs menu.
- TIP
- Treat the visible entry as a launch condition, not a permanence guarantee.
- RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
- After the confirmed window the entry may not exist in the menu.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- Use a permanent Transform Race and schedule a source review rather than troubleshooting the game.
02 Choose the category
- ACTION
- Known Unknown has three announced areas; Unknown Unknown covers two races using land, sea and air vehicles.
- TIP
- Do not assign an unpublished official title to each location.
- RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
- A fabricated Job ID can lead users to the wrong or user-created content.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- Select only a visible official entry using the title/category shown in-game.
03 Prepare for randomisation
- ACTION
- Before every gate straighten the vehicle and leave room for a class you cannot know in advance.
- TIP
- After changing, first identify acceleration, braking and movement domain.
- RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
- Full throttle immediately after randomisation can throw the new vehicle off course.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- Lift, stabilise and recover the next gate; use respawn if stuck.
04 Adapt controls
- ACTION
- For a car set a line, for a boat anticipate waves and for an aircraft set altitude and bank first.
- TIP
- Clean adaptation matters more than temporary position.
- RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
- Using the previous vehicle's reflexes can immediately ruin the segment.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- Slow down and make one safe correction instead of several sharp inputs.
05 Complete the available Job
- ACTION
- Register every random change, the finish and result screen without converting an event multiplier into permanent $/h.
- TIP
- Record tactical observations only, not unofficial names.
- RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
- A result earned during a bonus period is not a baseline payout table.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- After the event, use the guide as a mechanics reference only once availability is confirmed.

03 • Real roles / Strategies
Real roles i Strategies
Host
Launches only a visible official entry and does not promise permanence beyond the confirmed window.
Adaptive racer
Personally reads every new class; there is no fixed role split between players.
Straighten before every gate, lift briefly after changing and focus on finishing. Do not try to predict an unpublished sequence.
Build universal habits: safe entry, quick domain recognition, one correction and only then full speed.
04 • Reward and economic status
Informational — no universal base rate
Cash and RP depend on the result and Job configuration. Rockstar does not publish one current base table, so this activity is informational rather than rankable.
Observed range specific to this activity; variant, result, duration or completion condition selects the value within it. Event multipliers are excluded.
