01 • First completion, step by step
First completion, step by step
01 Start: 1. Outside Loop
- ACTION
- Enter LSIA Flight School and launch Outside Loop.
- TIP
- Pass every lesson at bronze first; improve one manoeuvre at a time after all ten are unlocked.
- RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
- If the “Solo; the school supplies vehicles, no purchase.” gate is not met, 1. Outside Loop will not save the intended progression.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- Check map filters and approach the LSIA marker on foot; complete the required intro/rank if the school is locked.
02 San Andreas Flight School index
- ACTION
- Clear all ten lessons in order; pass first, improve the medal later.
- TIP
- Confirm “1. Outside Loop” before the first launch, then progress to “10. Follow Leader” through the index.
- RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
- Choosing an entry outside the San Andreas Flight School index changes the mechanics or does not save this strand.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- After a failed manoeuvre restart the lesson and change one thing at a time; do not force an unrecoverable line.
03 Flow: 1. Outside Loop → 10. Follow Leader
- ACTION
- Follow HUD instructions, stabilise before checkpoints and preserve altitude/speed margin.
- TIP
- Set entry points and speeds for each checkpoint; when chasing medals restart immediately after a run-ending error.
- RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
- Match the leader's sequence of manoeuvres. Losing the objective before the last checkpoint requires a restart from the save.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- After a failed manoeuvre restart the lesson and change one thing at a time; do not force an unrecoverable line.
04 Settle 10. Follow Leader
- ACTION
- Finish “10. Follow Leader”, remain through the result screen and confirm this family's progress save.
- TIP
- After settlement verify that San Andreas Flight School marks its final entry complete.
- RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
- Leaving before the “10. Follow Leader” result can forfeit progression or reward.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- Replay “10. Follow Leader” as the correct host/operator and wait for the full session return.
05 San Andreas Flight School replay
- ACTION
- Return to: Go to Flight School at LSIA and enter the aircraft marker on the south side of the terminal. Then choose a named indexed entry rather than a random family.
- TIP
- Pass every lesson at bronze first; improve one manoeuvre at a time after all ten are unlocked.
- RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
- A missing “1. Outside Loop” indicates an unmet gate or different pool, not permanent removal of the whole family.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- Check map filters and approach the LSIA marker on foot; complete the required intro/rank if the school is locked.
02 • Variants and mechanics
Variants and mechanics
1. Outside Loop
1Go to Flight School at LSIA and enter the aircraft marker on the south side of the terminal.
- OBJECTIVE
- Complete a controlled outside loop.
- MECHANIC
- Hold entry speed, push smoothly through the full outside loop and level on the indicated horizon.
- COMPLETION
- The lesson passes after the full arc is controlled and the exit gate is crossed.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- If the aircraft stalls restart with more entry speed; do not make violent corrections at the bottom.
2. Engine Failure
1Go to Flight School at LSIA and enter the aircraft marker on the south side of the terminal.
- OBJECTIVE
- Land the aircraft safely after the simulated engine failure.
- MECHANIC
- Set the best glide speed, line up the runway, lower gear late and land powerless inside the zone.
- COMPLETION
- Engine Failure passes when the aircraft stops on the runway after an acceptable landing.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- If short reduce drag and avoid turns; after overshooting restart with an earlier approach.
3. Chase Parachute
1Go to Flight School at LSIA and enter the aircraft marker on the south side of the terminal.
- OBJECTIVE
- Jump from the aircraft, catch the falling parachute and land in the target zone.
- MECHANIC
- Exit the aircraft, position above the falling parachute, catch it in freefall, deploy it and line up the target landing.
- COMPLETION
- Chase Parachute passes after the canopy is caught and a safe landing is made in the marked zone.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- If you miss the parachute, begin the dive earlier next attempt; after catching it do not deploy too late to correct the landing.
4. City Landing
1Go to Flight School at LSIA and enter the aircraft marker on the south side of the terminal.
- OBJECTIVE
- Fly the damaged aircraft through the city and land safely at the marked runway.
- MECHANIC
- Guide the damaged aircraft through the city checkpoints, conserve altitude and line up the runway without abrupt corrections.
- COMPLETION
- City Landing ends after a safe touchdown and stop inside the runway zone.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- If low over the city minimise turns and choose a safe line; after a bad approach go around or restart rather than forcing the landing.
5. Moving Landing
1Go to Flight School at LSIA and enter the aircraft marker on the south side of the terminal.
- OBJECTIVE
- Land on the moving target without overshooting.
- MECHANIC
- Match the moving target's heading and speed, touch down with a shallow descent and brake without sharp steering.
- COMPLETION
- Moving Landing passes when the aircraft comes to a stable stop on the moving platform.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- After a bounce add power and go around; do not force the aircraft onto the deck after a bad touchdown.
6. Formation Flight
1Go to Flight School at LSIA and enter the aircraft marker on the south side of the terminal.
- OBJECTIVE
- Hold the required position in formation.
- MECHANIC
- Match the leader's speed and altitude, use small throttle corrections and remain inside the displayed formation zone.
- COMPLETION
- Formation Flight passes after the required position quality is maintained for the full section.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- If displaced, rejoin parallel without crossing the leader's path; restart after a large gap.
7. Shooting Range
1Go to Flight School at LSIA and enter the aircraft marker on the south side of the terminal.
- OBJECTIVE
- Destroy the airborne targets efficiently.
- MECHANIC
- Lead the target, fire short bursts and make wide turns so the next group stays visible.
- COMPLETION
- Shooting Range ends after the required targets are destroyed within the timer.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- After overshooting do not pitch vertically; rebuild distance and approach the next set on-axis.
8. Ground Level
1Go to Flight School at LSIA and enter the aircraft marker on the south side of the terminal.
- OBJECTIVE
- Maintain controlled low flight through difficult terrain.
- MECHANIC
- Read terrain ahead, preserve clearance over ridges and set turns before each valley or checkpoint.
- COMPLETION
- Ground Level ends after the full route is flown at the required altitude without crashing.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- When the line points into terrain climb immediately and sacrifice the medal; start the next attempt with a wider turn.
9. Collect Flags
1Go to Flight School at LSIA and enter the aircraft marker on the south side of the terminal.
- OBJECTIVE
- Collect every flag in an efficient route order.
- MECHANIC
- Plan the nearest flag order before launch, collect them in continuous arcs and avoid crossing the map for one missed point.
- COMPLETION
- Collect Flags passes after the required set is collected within the timer.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- Leave a missed flag until the end if returning breaks the route; after a large loss restart with another order.
10. Follow Leader
1Go to Flight School at LSIA and enter the aircraft marker on the south side of the terminal.
- OBJECTIVE
- Match the leader's sequence of manoeuvres.
- MECHANIC
- Watch each leader manoeuvre before copying it, preserve entry speed and perform the roll or loop on the same axis.
- COMPLETION
- Follow Leader passes after the full manoeuvre sequence is reproduced correctly.
- HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
- After a bad manoeuvre level out for the next one; if the score cannot pass, restart the sequence.
03 • Real roles / Strategies
Real roles i Strategies
Student pilot
Completes every lesson and medal solo.
Replay
Improves a score rather than creating separate hourly income.
Pass every lesson at bronze first; improve one manoeuvre at a time after all ten are unlocked.
Set entry points and speeds for each checkpoint; when chasing medals restart immediately after a run-ending error.
04 • Reward and economic status
First medals/award; training replays
Pay depends on the specific Job, result, time and settings. There is no single defensible family-wide table, so no sustainable $/h or event multiplier is calculated.
Observed range specific to this activity; variant, result, duration or completion condition selects the value within it. Event multipliers are excluded.
B • community-reportedThis activity-specific range spans its setups, sub-missions, finale or variants; difficulty and in-Job actions select the value within it.
B • community-reportedRepeats follow normal Job availability; one-time awards and weekly bonuses are not baseline pay.
CONFIDENCE: Index B; one-time rewards are not $/h05 • Common mistakes and recovery
Common mistakes and recovery
The Flight School marker is hidden
Check the map filter, rank 6 and approach the south side of LSIA on foot.
Trying to save a bad line makes the result worse
Restart the lesson and change one variable: altitude, speed or turn timing.
Medals are treated as repeatable income
Separate first medal awards from training replays without another full reward.
