Nightclub
A separate warehouse operated by technicians. Upgrades in linked businesses do not speed it up — the Nightclub's own Equipment Upgrade is what matters.
NIGHTCLUBComplete financial model
the sale belongs to the owner; helpers receive a separate bonus when the activity provides one
Nightclub: from meeting Tony to a warehouse sale
BUSINESS STEP BY STEP • COMPLETE WALKTHROUGH
A complete route separating three easily confused systems: club setup and popularity, the technician-dependent warehouse, and the separate sale of accrued goods.
Start here
The correct menu, location and first entry point for the Nightclub.
Find Tony Prince's T marker on the map, then buy one of ten locations through Maze Bank Foreclosures.
After purchase, your Nightclub has its own club/music marker. Use the main entrance and meet Tony in the office.
Register as CEO/VIP or MC President, use the office computer and complete all three Setup items before normal management.
- If T is missing, check map-blip filters and Tony's message; the property purchase does not require another warehouse first.
- If the computer is locked, finish active work and register an organisation or MC.
- Do not confuse the first DJ with a warehouse technician: Solomun opens the club, while a technician handles basement goods.
From zero to the first payout
Buy the club, complete Staff, Equipment and Solomun, then separately start one warehouse category with a technician and an active feeder business.
- 011. Meet Tony and buy a NightclubThe cheapest property costs $1,080,000; decor and extra floors do not block opening.
- 022. Setup: StaffCollect three staff members from their marked points and return them in the club vehicle without destroying it.
- 033. Setup: EquipmentRecover the required club equipment and deliver it to the service entrance.
- 044. Setup: SolomunCollect Solomun at LSIA and bring him to the club to finish opening.
- 055. Provide an active feederComplete setup for at least a Bunker, Hangar/Special Cargo or one of the five MC businesses; an unconfigured purchase is not enough.
- 066. Assign a technicianIn Warehouse Management, choose the matching category and assign the first free technician.
- 077. Accrue and sell the first batchAfter goods appear, choose Sell Goods and complete one delivery in an invite-only session.
The three club-opening jobs
Every step states the objective, actions, completion condition and a safe way back after a mistake.
01 Setup — Staff
Goal Collect the three people who form the club's initial staff.
Key actions - Launch Staff from the computer's Setup list.
- Drive the club vehicle to each marked person and wait for them to board.
- Return to the yellow point at the club without abandoning the vehicle.
Completion point Tony confirms the crew and the Staff item becomes complete.
What it unlocks next Allows the remaining opening items; it does not start warehouse technicians yet.
How to recover the run If a staff member will not board, stop close to the marker and clear immediate threats. If transport is destroyed, relaunch Staff from the computer.
02 Setup — Equipment
Goal Deliver the lighting and equipment required to open the venue.
Key actions - Select Equipment on the computer and travel to the marked equipment vehicle.
- Secure the vehicle and exit route before leaving.
- Deliver the equipment to the club's service point while ignoring respawning pursuit.
Completion point On reaching the point, equipment unloads and the Equipment item becomes complete.
What it unlocks next Prepares the physical venue; the first DJ remains.
How to recover the run If the vehicle gets stuck, recover it only while still functional. If destroyed, return to the computer and relaunch the job.
03 Setup — Solomun
Goal Collect the first resident DJ and complete the official opening.
Key actions - Launch Solomun after Staff and Equipment.
- Travel to LSIA, take the marked vehicle with the DJ and follow HUD instructions.
- Bring Solomun to the club and complete the opening scene.
Completion point The club begins operating and the computer changes from Setup to full Nightclub Management.
What it unlocks next Popularity, the safe, additional DJs and Warehouse Management.
How to recover the run If transport stops responding, return to the last active marker; after failure, relaunch only Solomun rather than repeating Staff or Equipment.
Requirements, purchase and entry budget
The Nightclub alone starts its front and popularity safe, but the warehouse needs at least one active feeder. The cheapest new feeder route is a Clubhouse plus Document Forgery at $850,000.
Nightclub — front and basement
From $1,080,000. Opens the club, office, first storage level and first technician; decor is optional.
- Buy a location through Maze Bank Foreclosures.
- Complete Staff, Equipment and Solomun from the computer.
Active feeder business
Cheapest new path: $200,000 Clubhouse + $650,000 Document Forgery = $850,000. An existing active feeder costs $0.
- Complete feeder setup and keep it active; it needs no own supplies or product.
- Assign the matching category: Cargo/Shipments, Sporting Goods or the relevant MC product.
Expansion — after the first sale
The $1,425,000 Equipment Upgrade, extra technicians, floors and delivery vehicles are separate purchases; they do not block the first category.
- Verify one stream first.
- Add a technician only alongside another active feeder.
First complete cycle
After setup, complete these actions in the Nightclub before attempting the first settlement.
01 Open Warehouse Management
ActionUse the upstairs office computer or basement terminal and choose Warehouse Management.
How to verifyThe screen should show seven categories, technicians and locked/available feeders.
How to recover the runIf only Setup appears, finish Staff, Equipment and Solomun. If the computer is locked, register an organisation/MC.
02 Assign the first technician
ActionSelect the category matching an active business and assign the free technician.
How to verifyThe technician portrait must appear beside the category and status must not report a missing feeder.
How to recover the runIf the category is locked, visit the feeder, complete its setup or restart it after Shutdown, then return to the Nightclub.
03 Verify the first goods
ActionPlay online away from the interior and return later to the computer or physical warehouse.
How to verifyThe assigned category count should rise without changing feeder Supplies/Product.
How to recover the runIf goods do not rise, unassign and reassign the technician, verify the feeder is active and change session. Do not buy feeder supplies as a workaround.
Technicians, feeders and warehouse accrual
A technician copies a category into the basement without consuming feeder Supplies or Product; a full category or shut-down feeder stops only that stream.
The feeder must be active after setup but may have empty own bars.
An extra technician cannot duplicate one category; assign them to another feeder.
Reassign after a category fills or sell a batch; other categories can keep running.
Choose sourcing method and pace
Technician accrual
$0 suppliesOnce assigned correctly, you buy or steal nothing for the Nightclub Warehouse.
Active goods sourcing
Time cost, not SuppliesCalling Yohan or completing a Business Battle may add goods directly; this is separate from technician operation.
BASELINE, NOT AN EVENTThe payout above uses the baseline model. Popularity/safe income, Special Orders and temporary multipliers are separate layers.
Upgrades after the first cycle
Upgrades are separate purchases. This guide identifies those that change operating results and those that affect only convenience or risk.
After the first batch, open Nightclub Upgrades and Warehouse Management.
The Nightclub Equipment Upgrade speeds its warehouse; Equipment upgrades in feeders do not speed technicians.
Purchases have no cooldown. Hire another technician only when another active category is available.
Warehouse Management shows assigned technicians, category capacity and current goods.
Decision order
Equipment Upgrade
Speeds Nightclub Warehouse accrual only.
Warehouse Technicians
Allow several different categories to accrue simultaneously.
Storage & Delivery Vehicles
Floors raise capacity and the correct vehicle handles a larger batch.
Order: working category → Equipment Upgrade → next feeder + technician → capacity and vehicle for larger sales.
- Nightclub Equipment shortens accrual.
- Technicians increase parallel categories.
- Staff affects club popularity, not warehouse speed.
Solo or crew — concrete assignment
Batch size and delivery-vehicle count matter more than the warehouse's nominal maximum value.
SOLO — one delivery
Every Nightclub sale uses one delivery vehicle, making the first and regular run naturally solo.
- The owner drives, performs required interactions and protects vehicle health.
- Before launch, the owner matches armor and weapons on the relevant Speedo/Mule/Pounder to batch size.
DUO–QUAD — escort
Helpers receive no separate delivery vehicles; they clear the route and escort one shipment.
- The driver stays with the goods and completes all points.
- Escort moves ahead, clears roadblocks/NPCs and stays near the current objective.
First Nightclub Warehouse sale
Check batch state and team first, then deliberately choose a session and launch settlement from the correct terminal.
- Check Goods, the assigned delivery vehicle and its basement upgrades.
- Use Invite Only for the first run; treat the public bonus as separate risk.
- When choosing a Special Order, verify it does not consume a category reserved for a larger planned batch.
- Choose Sell Goods or a specific Special Order on the computer.
- Confirm the value and vehicle selected by the goods threshold.
- Enter the vehicle in the delivery garage; the timer and objectives appear on the HUD.
Always one vehicle: Speedo Custom for smaller, Mule Custom for medium or Pounder Custom for large batches; the computer selects by quantity.
Safety or public-session bonus
Invite-only session — first run
The single vehicle can complete the route without rivals; NPCs and mission conditions still apply.
No rival-player bonus; mechanics and baseline settlement remain unchanged.
Public session — deliberate risk
A rival-count high-demand bonus may apply; it is not part of this guide's baseline values.
The vehicle carrying the whole batch is one failure point; fit armor and do not assume Ghost/Off Radar always hides cargo.
Delivery families and response
Single buyer
The HUD shows one distant destination, usually with pursuit or roadblocks en route.
Use wide roads, push through lighter roadblocks and do not exit for endless NPC waves.
In the heavier Pounder, avoid steep shortcuts; losing momentum costs more than a few road seconds.
Destroying the only vehicle loses its assigned batch.
If stuck, use vehicle mass/traction or escort help; exit only in safety, and after destruction inspect saved warehouse state before restarting.
Split drops
The map shows several stops to visit in free or prescribed order.
Build a loop around the map, perform interactions only after fully stopping and watch the timer.
Take the farthest cluster first so the route ends nearer the city and better roads.
A missed stop or timeout can reduce/lose settlement even with an intact vehicle.
If the HUD does not register a stop, reverse and enter again in the indicated direction rather than leaving for the next target.
Route with extra handling
The mission asks you to identify a vehicle/client, follow a target, use a Cargobob or conceal the shipment.
Read the current objective before moving; complete the interaction first, then deliver the correct vehicle or container.
Escort handles enemies, but the driver does not abandon the goods vehicle without an explicit HUD instruction.
Destroying a required support vehicle or choosing the wrong target can block progression.
Return to the last active marker and reread the objective. If required equipment was destroyed, accept failure and inspect actual Goods after Freemode.
On completion, Tony's system fee is reflected in the existing financial model; do not combine this settlement with the popularity safe or a weekly multiplier.
What to do next
A repeatable loop after the first successful payout, with cost and risk checked before the next start.
- 01
Check capped categories
When one fills, reassign the technician or prepare a sale instead of waiting without accrual.
- 02
Add feeder and technician together
A new feeder alone or a technician alone does not create a second stream.
- 03
Sell at a manageable threshold
One vehicle handles any batch, but larger classes must be purchased and prepared first.
- 04
Separate club from warehouse
Popularity feeds the safe; technicians feed Goods. Each system has separate controls.
Common mistakes and fixes
Buying only the Nightclub
FixComplete an active feeder's setup and assign the first technician to its category.
Upgrading a feeder for Nightclub speed
FixNightclub Warehouse speed changes through its own Equipment Upgrade, not feeder Equipment.
Technician on a full category
FixSell goods or move the technician to another open active feeder.
Checklist: have / done / ready to settle
HAVE
An opened Nightclub
At least one active feeder after setup
DONE
Staff, Equipment and Solomun
A technician assigned to the matching category
Verified Goods growth
READY TO SELL
Goods visible in Warehouse Management
The correct delivery vehicle and chosen session
Common blockers and recovery
Repair the business or current mission state; do not repurchase a property as a workaround.
The computer still shows Setup
- Check Staff, Equipment and Solomun separately.
- Finish active work and return to the computer while registered.
A warehouse category is locked
- Confirm ownership of the actual feeder, not merely a related parent property.
- Visit the feeder and verify completed setup and no Shut Down status.
A technician is assigned but goods do not grow
- Check whether the category is full.
- Verify feeder activity; its own Supplies are not required.
- Unassign and reassign the technician.
The sale did not settle
- Check that every required stop registered before timeout.
- After Freemode, inspect actual Goods and bank balance.
Expanded informational overview
Guide scopeThis section organizes the complete cycle: requirements, phases, figures and dependencies. The detailed operation flow is in the walkthrough above.
Nightclub technicians accrue separate stock. Upgrades in linked businesses do not speed up the warehouse; the Nightclub's own equipment upgrade does.
How the full cycle works
This section complements the walkthrough with full-cycle dependencies: unlock, preparations, finale, settlement and the next available attempt.
Purchase and unlock
The base requirement is Nightclub; the minimum entry cost is shown in the financial panel.
Setup
The business must be configured and remain active. Upgrades should be evaluated separately from the property price.
Production / accrual
The full time model uses 20 hrs as the typical cycle.
Sale or collection
The panel separates owner proceeds, costs, commissions and extra helper rewards.
Next cycle
There is no separate sale cooldown; another full result requires a new production cycle.
What affects the result
The range shows small, typical and full variants where value is variable.
Supply costs and agent fees are deducted before the owner's result.
Owner proceeds plus a separate reward for each helper. The sale value is not split equally.
The comparison uses 20 hrs / 20 hrs / 2 days 18 hrs 40 min for the complete cycle.
Main strengths
- Can combine active sales with passive value accrual.
- Helpers do not automatically reduce the owner's proceeds.
Constraints
- Purchase payback depends on regular use.
- A helper's reward can be far lower than the owner's proceeds and is shown separately.
Solo / Duo / Trio / Quatro variants
Every supported team size shows its host, partner and team model; unofficial figures carry a clear source label, while lower-confidence payouts stay outside calculators.
