|---|---|---|---|---|
| Easy / Normal / Hard | $201,250 | $251,563 | $301,875 | $377,344 |

OPERATIONS GUIDE V2 • DUO
Two players complete the scope-out, acquire the Kuruma and run the finale as Driver and Driller.
Start here
- Buy a High-End apartment through Dynasty 8 and complete Lester's introduction to the original heists.
Enter the planning room and select “The Fleeca Job — complete flow” from the available heist sequence.
The heist planning room in the host's High-End apartment.
The original heist planning board.
- Extra garage space, apartment décor and personal vehicles can help travel but do not unlock the heist.
First run and replay
These are two persistent story instructions. They are not the finance calculator's weekly-variant switch.
First story playthrough
The first playthrough takes the host through the required “The Fleeca Job — complete flow” setups in order before the finale unlocks.
Story replay
After completion, return to the planning room or accept Lester's contact; a replay again requires the selected heist's setups.
Official mission order
- 01
setup Scope Out
Scope the bank, practise the hack and collect Lester's equipment.
- 02
setup Kuruma
Steal the armored Kuruma used in the finale.
- 03
finale The Fleeca Job
The Driver controls the customers and escape while the Driller opens box 167.
Strategies that genuinely change the route
Driver and Driller without swapping
- When
- For exactly two players after Scope Out and Kuruma are complete.
- Plan
- The Driller finishes the en-route hack and drills box 167 while the Driver controls the bank, drives the Kuruma and lines up under the Cargobob.
- Trade-off
- Finale roles are fixed; consistency comes from practiced hacking and drilling, not an extra player.
Plan for the selected team: DUO
Selected in the calculator • DUO for “The Fleeca Job — complete flow”: Driver; Driller.
Concrete roles
Controls hostages, drives the Kuruma and positions it beneath the Cargobob magnet.
Completes the en-route hack and opens box 167 without overheating the drill.
Actions, risk and run recovery
- 01
setupUnlock - Action
- The host needs rank 12 and a high-end apartment with a planning room, then starts the heist at the board after Lester's contact.
- Tip
- The host verifies rank and the High-End Apartment before inviting the second player.
- Risk / failure condition
- Missing the planning room or Lester introduction blocks Scope Out.
- How to recover the run
- Complete Lester's contact and relaunch from the apartment board.
- 02
setupScope Out — bank - Action
- Take Lester's car to the Fleeca branch on Great Ocean Highway and inspect the camera feed and entrance.
- Tip
- The driver holds a steady route so the passenger can observe the bank and panel.
- Risk / failure condition
- A missed scope point does not start hacking practice.
- How to recover the run
- Return to the bank marker and wait for Lester's full confirmation.
- 03
setupScope Out — hacking practice - Action
- On the drive from the bank to the factory, the passenger completes all three levels of the hacking app used again in the finale.
- Tip
- The Driller completes the full circuit practice before reaching the factory.
- Risk / failure condition
- An unpractised hack delays the finale and the Driver cannot take over.
- How to recover the run
- Stop safely and finish the sequence before the next marker.
- 04
setupScope Out — equipment - Action
- At Lester's factory, switch to Paige's Granger and deliver the equipment to the host's apartment garage.
- Tip
- Collect the laptop and device from the marked factory station.
- Risk / failure condition
- A left-behind item prevents Scope Out from completing.
- How to recover the run
- Return to the active table, collect the missing gear and only then leave.
- 05
setupKuruma - Action
- Reach the top of the Del Perro parking structure, clear the Kkangpae crew, take the armored Kuruma and keep it intact on the way out.
- Tip
- Clear the parking first, then one driver takes the Kuruma and avoids unnecessary combat.
- Risk / failure condition
- A destroyed Kuruma loses the vehicle required for the finale.
- How to recover the run
- Hold the car behind cover, clear the nearest pursuit and resume on a controlled route.
- 06
finaleRole split - Action
- Before the finale, assign Driver and Driller. The Driller completes the remote hack during the drive while the Driver handles the Kuruma.
- Tip
- Do not swap Driver and Driller after finale roles are confirmed.
- Risk / failure condition
- A swap gives hacking or crowd control to an unprepared player.
- How to recover the run
- Restart before entering the bank and restore the original roles.
- 07
finaleBank entry - Action
- After the system is unlocked, equip masks. The Driver destroys the cameras and keeps the witnesses intimidated without killing them.
- Tip
- The Driver controls the hostages while the Driller goes straight to the back room.
- Risk / failure condition
- Poor crowd control triggers the alarm and extends drilling under pressure.
- How to recover the run
- The Driver returns to the lobby, stabilizes the crowd and only then signals the Driller.
- 08
finaleDeposit box 167 - Action
- The Driller reaches the vault and drills deposit box 167 while managing pressure and heat, then returns to the Kuruma.
- Tip
- Drill box 167 in short inputs and release as temperature rises.
- Risk / failure condition
- An overheated drill stops progress while the Driver remains exposed in the bank.
- How to recover the run
- Release pressure, cool the bit and resume without resetting position.
- 09
finaleEscape - Action
- The Driver reaches the bridge pickup and positions the Kuruma beneath the Cargobob magnet, which lifts the car and crew.
- Tip
- The Driver holds a straight line beneath the Cargobob magnet and matches speed.
- Risk / failure condition
- A sharp turn misses the magnet and extends the Kuruma pursuit.
- How to recover the run
- Create space, straighten the car and make a second stable approach down the lane centre.
Common mistakes
Unpractised hack
- Consequence
- A stalled car hack delays entry and the Driver cannot take over that role.
- Correction
- Do not reach the bank; hold the Kuruma safely and let the Driller finish the sequence.
Overheated drill
- Consequence
- Overheating stops box 167 progress while the Driver must control the crowd for longer.
- Correction
- Release pressure, cool the bit and resume with short inputs without resetting the whole sequence.
Missing the Cargobob magnet
- Consequence
- A collision or veering away beneath the helicopter extends the pursuit and exposes the Kuruma.
- Correction
- Straighten the car, create a short gap and make a second stable approach down the lane centre.
Pre-launch checklist
The Driller completed hack practice and knows drill-temperature control.
The Driver knows bank crowd control and the Cargobob approach line.
The Driller finishes the circuit practice during Scope Out before the host launches the finale.
Feed the drill gradually and release as heat rises instead of holding full pressure.
The Driver holds a straight line and matches speed beneath the magnet instead of turning sharply.
Expanded informational overview
Guide scopeThis section organizes the complete cycle: requirements, phases, figures and dependencies. The detailed operation flow is in the walkthrough above.
How the full cycle works
This section complements the walkthrough with full-cycle dependencies: unlock, preparations, finale, settlement and the next available attempt.
Unlock
Base requirement: High-end apartment. Minimum entry cost is kept separate from the setup fee.
Plan configuration
Available approach, target, difficulty and team choices determine later costs and payout distribution.
Preparations
The model's full time includes required preparation; optional items trade extra time for a safer run.
Finale
The result depends on target or pool value, participant count, possible losses and bonus conditions.
Settlement and replay
After deductions, the pool is distributed using the payout model. Group heists have a 48 min wait after the finale.
What affects the result
The min–typical–max range accounts for a variable target, loot or difficulty where applicable.
The setup fee is deducted before the net result is calculated.
Player count and NPC crew fees can change the host and each partner's payout.
The model compares 35 min / 50 min / 1 hr 15 min, not the finale alone.
Main strengths
- High payout per completed cycle.
- Clear split between preparation, finale and settlement.
Constraints
- Entry and setup costs reduce the first return.
- The result depends on team size, cuts and cooldown.
Solo / Duo / Trio / Quatro variants
Every supported team size shows its host, partner and team model; unofficial figures carry a clear source label, while lower-confidence payouts stay outside calculators.
Duo: the default ranking model is 85% for the host and 15% for every partner; the guide lets you set individual cuts, while the setup cost is deducted only from the host.
- Host / owner
- $159,563
- Each partner
- $30,188
- Team net
- $189,750
- Cooldown
- 48 min
