OPERATIONS GUIDE V2 • DUO
Three prep-and-setup pairs secure medical equipment, Deluxos and an Akula before the finale inside an underground IAA base.
Start here
- Buy a Facility through Maze Bank Foreclosures and complete Lester's Doomsday Heist introduction.
Use the Facility planning screen and select “Doomsday Act I: The Data Breaches”.
The planning room inside the host's Facility.
The Doomsday Heist screen containing preps, setups and the finale.
- Owning an Avenger and the other Facility expansions is not required to launch the act.
First run and replay
These are two persistent story instructions. They are not the finance calculator's weekly-variant switch.
First story playthrough
The first “Doomsday Act I: The Data Breaches” run unlocks each prep and setup in Facility-board order; the finale stays locked until the board is complete.
Story replay
After completion, select an available act again on the Facility screen and repeat its preps, setups and finale without changing the money model.

Strategies that genuinely change the route
Deluxos–Akula–IAA base
- When
- After Paramedic Equipment, Deluxos and Akula plus their setups are complete.
- Plan
- Intercept data with the Deluxos, enter the Server Farm with the Akula, then clear the IAA base and defend the War Room in the finale.
- Trade-off
- Vehicles speed their setups, but the finale crew must slow down in corridors and maintain one defence line.
Plan for the selected team: DUO
Selected in the calculator • DUO for “Doomsday Act I: The Data Breaches”: Player A: Deluxo/Akula pilot + Base entry lead; Player B: Data operator + War Room defender.
Concrete roles
Leads interceptions and positions the stealth approach to the Server Farm. Clears IAA corridors without stretching the crew.
Handles Signal Intercepts targets and terminals needed to close the breach. Holds the nearest entrances and protects active interactions until the attack ends.
Actions, risk and run recovery
- 01
prep / preparationPrep — Paramedic Equipment - Action
- Take an ambulance carrying paramedic equipment, lose the police and deliver it to the Facility.
- Tip
- Acquire Paramedic Equipment and confirm the full outfit set before Dead Courier.
- Risk / failure condition
- Missing equipment blocks the medical cover for the setup.
- How to recover the run
- Return to the marked vehicle or crate and deliver the missing item.
- 02
setupSetup — Dead Courier - Action
- The Paramedics infiltrate the morgue and search the agent's body for data while the Recovery Team retrieves his bag and supports the extraction.
- Tip
- In Dead Courier preserve cover until the data and vehicle are secured.
- Risk / failure condition
- An early alarm separates the operator from the device and escape route.
- How to recover the run
- Pull the team to the entrance, clear one side and escort the operator out.
- 03
prep / preparationPrep — Deluxos - Action
- Find the key at the guarded property, open the garage, steal the required Deluxos, respray them and deliver them to the Facility.
- Tip
- Recover every Deluxo and keep the convoy together during delivery.
- Risk / failure condition
- Destroying one car leaves the prep incomplete.
- How to recover the run
- Hold the lead, protect the delayed vehicle and deliver the full set together.
- 04
setupSetup — Signal Intercepts - Action
- The Deluxo crew intercepts successive targets on land, water and in the air, staying in range until every data download completes.
- Tip
- In Signal Intercepts assign each Deluxo a target and confirm the hack before changing sectors.
- Risk / failure condition
- Duplicating one target leaves another transmitter active and extends the setup.
- How to recover the run
- Reassign markers, finish the missed hack and regroup before extraction.
- 05
prep / preparationPrep — Akula - Action
- Infiltrate the Fort Zancudo control tower, download the helicopter location, steal the Akula, lose the pursuit and deliver it to the Facility.
- Tip
- Take the Akula after clearing the hangar and keep the assigned pilot for Server Farm.
- Risk / failure condition
- A damaged helicopter compromises the stealth approach in the next setup.
- How to recover the run
- Move the Akula out of fire, clear the exit on foot and only then resume flight.
- 06
setupSetup — Server Farm - Action
- Land the Akula near the NOOSE facility, enter the site, locate and hack the correct servers, then extract back to the helicopter.
- Tip
- In Server Farm the data operator moves between two cover players while the pilot holds one pickup point.
- Risk / failure condition
- A split or alarm traps the operator among patrols and terminals.
- How to recover the run
- Return to the last shared entrance, remove the nearest pair and resume with the operator in the middle.
- 07
finaleFinale start - Action
- The full crew travels to the IAA satellite base in the Grand Senora Desert and clears the attackers from the entrance.
- Tip
- In the finale assign the objective operator and two cover sectors before entering the IAA base.
- Risk / failure condition
- No role split opens the rear flank during the first defense.
- How to recover the run
- Regroup at the entrance, assign sectors and only then advance.
- 08
finalePush through the base - Action
- Fight section by section through the underground corridors, covering shared entrances and side passages leading to the War Room.
- Tip
- Clear the base room by room and do not move ahead of the active objective.
- Risk / failure condition
- A lone player triggers the next wave while the crew is still fighting the previous one.
- How to recover the run
- Bring the lead back, finish the current sector and resume as a tight group.
- 09
finaleWar Room defence - Action
- At the control centre, take the gun-camera stations and destroy incoming enemies before they reach the servers.
- Tip
- In the War Room each defender holds an assigned door while the operator stays at the station.
- Risk / failure condition
- Chasing beyond sight opens an entrance and interrupts console defense.
- How to recover the run
- Return to the doorway, revive behind the console and rebuild the ring from the center.
- 10
finaleFinishing the attack - Action
- Eliminate the fleeing units and final wave around the base; the finale ends only after the IAA facility is fully secured.
- Tip
- After the attack regroup at the exit before triggering the final sequence.
- Risk / failure condition
- A player left behind can be trapped by a wave or outside the completion zone.
- How to recover the run
- Hold the interaction, collect the final player and complete with the full crew.
Common mistakes
Prep skipped before setup
- Consequence
- Missing equipment or vehicle blocks its paired setup and breaks act order.
- Correction
- Return to the incomplete pair on the board and finish its prep before relaunching the setup.
Split Server Farm
- Consequence
- An alarm or split traps the operator among patrols and delays later terminals.
- Correction
- Return to the last shared entrance, remove the nearest guard pair and resume with the operator in the middle.
Open War Room flank
- Consequence
- An unguarded door lets a wave interrupt defence and overwhelm the objective player.
- Correction
- Close the nearest door with fire, revive behind the console and rebuild the defence ring from the centre.
Pre-launch checklist
All three prep–setup pairs are complete on the Facility screen.
The data operator and War Room defenders have separate assignments.
On the Facility screen complete Paramedic–Dead Courier, Deluxos–Signal Intercepts and Akula–Server Farm as pairs.
The Akula drops the crew at one point and the data operator moves between two cover players.
Assign entrances and do not chase enemies beyond sight of the active station.
Expanded informational overview
Guide scopeThis section organizes the complete cycle: requirements, phases, figures and dependencies. The detailed operation flow is in the walkthrough above.
How the full cycle works
This section complements the walkthrough with full-cycle dependencies: unlock, preparations, finale, settlement and the next available attempt.
Unlock
Base requirement: Facility. Minimum entry cost is kept separate from the setup fee.
Plan configuration
Available approach, target, difficulty and team choices determine later costs and payout distribution.
Preparations
The model's full time includes required preparation; optional items trade extra time for a safer run.
Finale
The result depends on target or pool value, participant count, possible losses and bonus conditions.
Settlement and replay
After deductions, the pool is distributed using the payout model. Group heists have a 48 min wait after the finale.
What affects the result
The min–typical–max range accounts for a variable target, loot or difficulty where applicable.
The setup fee is deducted before the net result is calculated.
Player count and NPC crew fees can change the host and each partner's payout.
The model compares 1 hr 15 min / 1 hr 45 min / 2 hrs 40 min, not the finale alone.
Main strengths
- High payout per completed cycle.
- Clear split between preparation, finale and settlement.
Constraints
- Entry and setup costs reduce the first return.
- The result depends on team size, cuts and cooldown.
