Counterfeit Cash Factory
The business card separates entry cost, production or stock preparation, the owner's sale payout and every helper's actual reward.
COUNTERFEIT / CASHComplete financial model
the sale goes to the owner and every helper receives an extra bonus; it is not deducted from the owner
Counterfeit Cash Factory: from Clubhouse to first sale
BUSINESS STEP BY STEP • COMPLETE WALKTHROUGH
Complete a Counterfeit Cash Factory onboarding: Open Road purchase, its dedicated setup, first supply bar, counterfeit cash production, delivery sizing and recovery after a shutdown.
Start here
The correct menu, location and first entry point for Counterfeit Cash Factory.
Buy a Clubhouse through Maze Bank Foreclosures, enter its office and approach the Open Road laptop.
After buying a Counterfeit Cash Factory, its own map icon appears; the cheapest site is Grand Senora Desert at $845,000.
Use Interaction Menu → Motorcycle Club → Start a Motorcycle Club, log into Open Road and buy a Counterfeit Cash Factory. Drive to the new property after purchase.
- The Open Road laptop requires registration as MC President; the Clubhouse is the parent requirement, not the production business itself.
- If the icon is missing after purchase, finish any active job, verify the a Counterfeit Cash Factory purchase and change session.
- Do not buy the Custom Bike Shop for this purpose: it supports a separate service and does not unlock Open Road production.
From zero to the first payout
Buy a Motorcycle Clubhouse first, then the separate a Counterfeit Cash Factory; the Clubhouse alone does not start this production.
- 011. Buy and enter a ClubhouseThe cheapest Clubhouse costs $200,000; its office contains the required Open Road laptop.
- 022. Buy a Counterfeit Cash FactoryFrom zero: $200,000 Clubhouse + $845,000 Grand Senora Desert = $1,045,000. This is a separate purchase that MC membership alone does not replace.
- 033. Complete the dedicated setupRecover the Stockade carrying printing equipment and deliver it to the property before the laptop exposes normal management.
- 044. Fill the first supply barBuy supplies or launch a theft; buying is a convenience while the free source mission remains a complete alternative.
- 055. Let the first batch produceUse the laptop to verify supplies fall while counterfeit cash grows during online play.
- 066. Sell a crew-sized batchFor the first run, choose a smaller batch and an invite-only session to learn the random delivery variant.
Setup: a Counterfeit Cash Factory
Every step states the objective, actions, completion condition and a safe way back after a mistake.
01 Setup — Counterfeit Cash Factory
Goal Activate a Counterfeit Cash Factory by delivering its initial equipment and supplies.
Key actions - Enter a Counterfeit Cash Factory as MC President and select Setup on its laptop.
- Travel to the objective, secure the Stockade carrying printing equipment and clear the immediate exit before moving.
- Deliver the Stockade carrying printing equipment to the yellow point at a Counterfeit Cash Factory; do not stop to fight a respawning pursuit.
Completion point The empty setup interior becomes an operating site and the laptop exposes Supplies, Product, Upgrades and Sell Stock.
What it unlocks next The first resupply, counterfeit cash production and later sell missions.
How to recover the run Destroying the Stockade before reaching the factory fails setup. After failure, return to the laptop and relaunch Setup; the property purchase remains intact.
Requirements, purchase and entry budget
The minimum from zero includes the cheapest Clubhouse plus the a Counterfeit Cash Factory. Decor, Gun Locker and Custom Bike Shop are not required.
Clubhouse — parent requirement
From $200,000. It grants MC President access and the Open Road laptop but produces no product.
- Buy it through Maze Bank Foreclosures and enter the office.
- Register as MC President before using the laptop.
a Counterfeit Cash Factory
From zero: $200,000 Clubhouse + $845,000 Grand Senora Desert = $1,045,000
- Choose a site on the Open Road map and confirm the a Counterfeit Cash Factory purchase.
- Leave Clubhouse decor and extras for later; they do not shorten this setup.
First-cycle budget
Supplies can be stolen for $0 or bought at $15,000 per 20% / $75,000 for a full bar.
- For the first run, choose theft to learn the full flow without extra capital.
- After upgrades, compare mission time with the purchase cost instead of treating $75,000 as mandatory.
First complete cycle
After setup, complete these actions in Counterfeit Cash Factory before attempting the first settlement.
01 Enter as MC President
ActionInside a Counterfeit Cash Factory, approach the laptop and sign in to The Open Road.
How to verifyThe panel must show Active status plus separate Supplies and Product bars.
How to recover the runIf the laptop denies access, finish other work and register the Motorcycle Club again through the Interaction Menu.
02 Launch the first resupply
ActionChoose Steal Supplies for a free onboarding run or Buy Supplies when deliberately spending cash.
How to verifyAfter delivery, the Supplies bar must be non-empty and staff status must not show a shutdown.
How to recover the runAfter losing cargo, return to the laptop and start another order; a partial failure does not fill the missing bar.
03 Verify production
ActionRemain in GTA Online and later verify that counterfeit cash is increasing.
How to verifySupplies should fall, product should rise and the business should remain Active.
How to recover the runIf nothing changes, verify setup, supplies and manual shutdown state; then change session and reopen the laptop.
Supplies and production: counterfeit cash
Staff consume supplies and build counterfeit cash only after setup while the business is active.
Supplies are the input; counterfeit cash is the stock sold later from the laptop.
Leaving GTA Online stops time accrual but does not erase saved product.
Do not buy more supplies when product is full; sell a batch first.
Choose sourcing method and pace
Steal supplies
$0The laptop assigns a mission; deliver the marked cargo to this business, not to the Clubhouse.
Buy supplies
$15,000 / 20% • $75,000 / full barThe delivery is not instant product; once supplies arrive, staff still need online production time.
BASELINE, NOT AN EVENTThis section uses baseline values and timing. Weekly, GTA+ and linked Money Front bonuses are not included.
Upgrades after the first cycle
Upgrades are separate purchases. This guide identifies those that change operating results and those that affect only convenience or risk.
After the first successful sale, open the Upgrades tab on this business's laptop.
Prioritise Equipment, then Staff; Security reduces raid risk but does not increase production value.
Upgrades are available after setup and require no separate job strand or cooldown.
Purchase state is visible in the Upgrades tab; active items no longer show a purchase button.
Decision order
Equipment
Speeds production, improves product value and stretches supplies.
Staff
Improves production speed and value through additional staff.
Security
Reduces the frequency of attacks on an active supplied business.
Prices differ across the five business types; compare them with this card's financial result before confirming.
- Equipment and Staff change full-cycle economics and timing.
- Security affects raid risk, not baseline sale price.
- Clubhouse decor and the Custom Bike Shop do not affect this production.
Solo or crew — concrete assignment
Batch size and delivery-vehicle count matter more than the warehouse's nominal maximum value.
SOLO — smaller batch
Start with a batch likely to fit one vehicle; slow Post OP vans and trash trucks are the worst way to learn on full stock.
- The owner launches the sale, drives the only vehicle and owns the timer.
- Before launch, stage a personal vehicle for the return only if the variant may create follow-up deliveries.
DUO–QUAD — larger stock
Use for a larger batch or when reducing loss risk on a multi-vehicle variant.
- The MC President launches and assigns one vehicle per player.
- The fastest driver takes the longest route; the slowest vehicle leaves first while escort handles NPCs.
First sale: a Counterfeit Cash Factory
Check batch state and team first, then deliberately choose a session and launch settlement from the correct terminal.
- Check Product, available MC members, armor and snacks.
- For the first run, use an invite-only session and do not launch a full warehouse solo.
- In Post OP and Trashmaster variants, move the slowest vehicle first and do not fight every NPC at the drops.
- At the a Counterfeit Cash Factory laptop, choose Sell Stock.
- Compare near and distant buyers; the distant buyer pays more but usually lengthens the route.
- After confirming, identify vehicles and HUD drop points before the first driver moves.
The game selects road vehicles, motorcycles, boats or aircraft; a large batch may create multiple vehicles.
Safety or public-session bonus
Invite-only session — first run
Lets you learn drop points and vehicle handling without rival attacks.
No rival-player bonus; mechanics and baseline settlement remain unchanged.
Public session — deliberate risk
A rival-count high-demand bonus may apply; it is not part of this guide's baseline values.
A rival can destroy the vehicle or product; the high-demand bonus does not automatically offset a lost batch.
Delivery families and response
Single vehicle or motorcycles
The HUD shows one destination or a short sequence and the product is already loaded.
Keep moving, avoid unnecessary NPC fights and order stops to minimise backtracking.
In Post OP and Trashmaster variants, move the slowest vehicle first and do not fight every NPC at the drops.
Destroying the vehicle or exceeding the timer loses its assigned product.
If a slow vehicle leaves the road, recover it immediately; if immobilised, move to the next rather than consuming the shared timer.
Multi-stop road delivery
Separate vehicles or a sequence of parcel/drop markers appears: postal vans, trash trucks or motorcycles.
With a crew, split vehicles; solo, start with the slowest and use the fastest available return after each completion.
Do not convoy every vehicle to the first point. Each driver completes the route assigned to their vehicle.
The timer is shared; leaving a vehicle behind does not pause it.
If full completion is impossible, finish the vehicle most likely to clear all its drops; after the mission, inspect remaining Product rather than assuming a total loss.
Boats, helicopters or planes
The HUD first sends you to a separate dock or airfield where loaded vehicles are waiting.
Reach the transport, assign vehicles to players and complete drops without exiting unless the HUD explicitly requires it.
Leave a fast personal vehicle at the business or use MC vehicle requests to shorten the return for another delivery vehicle.
A crash over water or off route usually destroys that vehicle's entire load.
If the vehicle still works, regain the route instead of abandoning it. If destroyed, move immediately to surviving vehicles because the timer continues.
Payment arrives after the required counterfeit cash is delivered. After settlement, return to the laptop and inspect actual Product and Supplies before another purchase.
What to do next
A repeatable loop after the first successful payout, with cost and risk checked before the next start.
- 01
Resupply only the active business
Make sure supplies are ordered for a Counterfeit Cash Factory, not another MC property.
- 02
Play away from the interior
Run other online activities while staff produce counterfeit cash; return only to check the bars.
- 03
Match stock to the crew
Sell earlier solo or build a larger batch only after arranging helpers.
- 04
Reinvest after the baseline test
See one complete unupgraded cycle first, then assess Equipment and Staff with the real supply cost.
Common mistakes and fixes
Assuming the Clubhouse is enough
FixBuy a Counterfeit Cash Factory separately through Open Road and complete its setup.
Full stock on a first solo run
FixStart with a batch likely to fit one vehicle; slow Post OP vans and trash trucks are the worst way to learn on full stock.
Buying Security as a profit upgrade
FixEquipment and Staff change production; Security only reduces raid risk.

Supplies exist but product is not growing
- Confirm completed setup and Active status on the business laptop.
- Check whether Product has reached full capacity.

- Compare completed deliveries with assigned vehicles.
Expanded informational overview
Guide scopeThis section organizes the complete cycle: requirements, phases, figures and dependencies. The detailed operation flow is in the walkthrough above.
This business's production and upgrades affect its own stock. They do not change the Nightclub technician's speed, which uses a separate system.
How the full cycle works
This section complements the walkthrough with full-cycle dependencies: unlock, preparations, finale, settlement and the next available attempt.
Purchase and unlock
The base requirement is Clubhouse + Factory; the minimum entry cost is shown in the financial panel.
Setup
The business must be configured and remain active. Upgrades should be evaluated separately from the property price.
Production / accrual
The full time model uses 5 hrs 20 min as the typical cycle.
Sale or collection
The panel separates owner proceeds, costs, commissions and extra helper rewards.
Next cycle
There is no separate sale cooldown; another full result requires a new production cycle.
What affects the result
The range shows small, typical and full variants where value is variable.
Supply costs and agent fees are deducted before the owner's result.
Owner proceeds plus a separate reward for each helper. The sale value is not split equally.
The comparison uses 4 hrs 16 min / 5 hrs 20 min / 6 hrs 20 min for the complete cycle.
Main strengths
- Can combine active sales with passive value accrual.
- Helpers do not automatically reduce the owner's proceeds.
Constraints
- Purchase payback depends on regular use.
- A helper's reward can be far lower than the owner's proceeds and is shown separately.
Solo / Duo / Trio / Quatro variants
Every supported team size shows its host, partner and team model; unofficial figures carry a clear source label, while lower-confidence payouts stay outside calculators.
