PODIUM / ROBBERYComplete financial model
Salvage Yard board rule
- The board selects three of the five robbery types and three target cars for the weekly rotation.
- The shared limit is three cars; each of the three can be completed only once in that rotation.
- There is no permanent first-weekly bonus and no guarantee that an unfinished robbery survives the reset.
- A finale participant receives a community-reported flat $50,000 regardless of the car; completing every Elite Challenge can add an optional $50,000, up to $100,000 total (confidence C). The calculator does not treat this amount as a percentage of target value.

Strategies that genuinely change the route
LSDS to the elevator shaft
- When
- After preparing the Boxville, outfits, rappel equipment, explosives and Felipe's card.
- Plan
- Create the fault, enter as LSDS, clean the spill, rappel to storage, disable safeguards and leave through the security tunnel.
- Trade-off
- The disguise simplifies the route to the elevator; if the tunnel doors relock, a second hack is required.
Plan for the selected team: SOLO
Selected in the calculator • SOLO for “The Podium Robbery — complete flow”: SOLO operator: Boxville driver + Cleanup operator + Rappel and panel operator + Podium-car driver.
Concrete roles
Creates the callout and delivers the disguised crew to waste disposal. Cleans the spill with the mop and waits for the guard to leave. Opens the hatch, leads the rappel and disables vehicle safeguards. Crosses the security tunnel, handles a second hack if locked and delivers the car.
Actions, risk and run recovery
- 01
prep / preparationScope Out: Casino - Action
- Scout the rear of the Diamond Casino, waste disposal, elevator and possible exits from the underground storage.
- Tip
- In Scope Out: Casino photograph waste disposal, the elevator and the underground exit route.
- Risk / failure condition
- Incomplete scope-out hides the LSDS entry or vehicle tunnel.
- How to recover the run
- Return behind the casino, capture the missing point and wait for Jamal.
- 02
prep / preparationLSDS Disguises - Action
- Create the treatment-plant leak, steal the Boxville and Los Santos Department of Sanitation outfits and deliver them to the Salvage Yard.
- Tip
- Create the leak and recover the Boxville and LSDS outfits as one package.
- Risk / failure condition
- A destroyed Boxville or missing outfit breaks the finale disguise.
- How to recover the run
- Draw pursuit away from the van, collect every outfit and deliver the package together.
- 03
prep / preparationEntry equipment - Action
- Acquire the rappel equipment, restroom explosives and Felipe's access card, completing every mandatory task before the finale.
- Tip
- Confirm rappel equipment, restroom explosives and Felipe's access card before the callout.
- Risk / failure condition
- A missing item stops the elevator, storage or casino entry.
- How to recover the run
- Return to the board, finish the exact missing Task and only then launch.
- 04
finaleExplosion and callout - Action
- Drive the Boxville to the vantage point, detonate the charges inside the casino and wait for the fault to create an LSDS callout.
- Tip
- Trigger the restroom charges from the vantage point and wait for the full LSDS callout.
- Risk / failure condition
- Approaching the casino early does not activate the Boxville service entry.
- How to recover the run
- Stay at the vantage point, wait for the callout marker and only then drive behind the casino.
- 05
finaleDisguised entry - Action
- Park behind the casino, collect the rappel gear, enter through waste disposal and follow the guard to the leak.
- Tip
- Enter through waste disposal with the full crew and follow the guard with weapons holstered.
- Risk / failure condition
- Breaking cover before the spill locks down the elevator route.
- How to recover the run
- Return to the work position, holster weapons and regroup at the guard.
- 06
finaleCleanup and elevator - Action
- Use the mop to clean the spill, wait for the guard to leave and move undetected to the elevator.
- Tip
- Finish mopping and wait until the guard fully leaves sight of the elevator.
- Risk / failure condition
- Moving while watched breaks LSDS cover before the shaft.
- How to recover the run
- Return to the mop, wait through the guard's full route and move only on the call.
- 07
finaleElevator shaft - Action
- Call the elevator, locate and open its hatch, then rappel into the underground podium-vehicle storage.
- Tip
- Call the elevator, open the hatch and rappel one player at a time.
- Risk / failure condition
- Crowding the hatch can split the crew between levels.
- How to recover the run
- Hold the next player, wait for landing confirmation and continue in order.
- 08
finalePodium storage - Action
- Use the access card to open the storage area, clear security and hack the panel that disables the vehicle safeguards.
- Tip
- In storage use the access card, clear security and protect the safeguard-panel hack.
- Risk / failure condition
- An interrupted panel leaves the target car locked under fire.
- How to recover the run
- Return to cover, clear the nearest guards and finish the same hack.
- 09
finaleSecurity tunnel - Action
- Enter the car; if the exit locks again, locate the tunnel terminal and complete the second hack.
- Tip
- After entering the car watch the tunnel; if it relocks, immediately protect the second terminal.
- Risk / failure condition
- Ramming the gate damages the target and does not replace the required hack.
- How to recover the run
- Hold the car behind cover, finish the terminal and leave only after full unlock.
- 10
finaleReturn - Action
- Escape the casino, lose the police and deliver the car to the Salvage Yard, having kept both the Boxville and target intact.
- Tip
- After exiting lose the police and deliver the car without returning toward the casino.
- Risk / failure condition
- Returning to casino security renews pursuit and increases vehicle damage.
- How to recover the run
- Divert to a tunnel or side streets, clear the alert and return to the Salvage Yard.
Common mistakes
Fault without the full LSDS package
- Consequence
- A missing item breaks cover or stops the crew at the elevator and storage.
- Correction
- Return to the board, finish the missing Task and trigger the explosion only with the full package.
Leaving the spill too early
- Consequence
- Moving the crew while the guard watches breaks LSDS cover before the shaft.
- Correction
- Return to the work position, keep weapons holstered and move only on the operator's clear call.
Locked security tunnel
- Consequence
- Ramming the door exposes the target car to security and does not replace the second hack.
- Correction
- Hold the car behind cover, protect the terminal hacker and leave only after full unlock.
Pre-launch checklist
The Boxville and every disguise and rappel item are ready.
The crew knows the controlled sequence: spill, guard, elevator, shaft, panel, tunnel.
Boxville, outfits, explosives, rappel gear and Felipe's card must be ready before the callout.
The operator finishes mopping and waits until the guard fully leaves sight of the elevator.
After entering the car, watch the exit state; if it relocks, immediately locate the tunnel terminal.
Expanded informational overview
Guide scopeThis section organizes the complete cycle: requirements, phases, figures and dependencies. The detailed operation flow is in the walkthrough above.
The weekly board provides three robberies in total. Each has its own value and preparation scope, but all share the same rotation limit.
How the full cycle works
This section complements the walkthrough with full-cycle dependencies: unlock, preparations, finale, settlement and the next available attempt.
Unlock
Requirement: Salvage Yard.
Contract selection
Availability may depend on a board, phone call or activity rotation.
Preparation
The model includes required stages before the final settlement.
Completion
Team choice affects pace, host payout and each partner's payout.
Replay or rotation
A shared limit of three Salvage Yard robberies per rotation; reset every 7 days.
What affects the result
Payout and time cover the complete cycle, not only its final job.
The displayed amount is the verified host payout. The reported partner payout is disclosed separately and is not converted into a fictional average or team result.
Setup fees and commissions are deducted before the net result.
Fast/typical/beginner: 40 min / 55 min / 1 hr 25 min.
Main strengths
- Lower entry cost than major heists.
- Flexible supported team size.
Constraints
- Some contracts depend on board rotation.
- A partner may receive a different payout from the host.
Solo / Duo / Trio / Quatro variants
Every supported team size shows its host, partner and team model; unofficial figures carry a clear source label, while lower-confidence payouts stay outside calculators.
