|---|---|---|---|---|
| Finale | $1,500,000 | $1,875,000 | $2,250,000 | $2,812,500 |
Easy: $750,000 repeat / $1,125,000 first-weekly. Cuts, cash loss and the setup fee are separate.

OPERATIONS GUIDE V2 • QUATRO
Five setup jobs secure the transponder, hacking equipment, charges and bikes before a four-player crew hits the flagship bank.
Start here
- Buy a High-End apartment through Dynasty 8 and complete Lester's introduction to the original heists.
Enter the planning room and select “The Pacific Standard Job — complete flow” from the available heist sequence.
The heist planning room in the host's High-End apartment.
The original heist planning board.
- Extra garage space, apartment décor and personal vehicles can help travel but do not unlock the heist.
First run and replay
These are two persistent story instructions. They are not the finance calculator's weekly-variant switch.
First story playthrough
The first playthrough takes the host through the required “The Pacific Standard Job — complete flow” setups in order before the finale unlocks.
Story replay
After completion, return to the planning room or accept Lester's contact; a replay again requires the selected heist's setups.
Official mission order
- 01
setup Vans
Photograph the Post OP vans and identify the correct transponder.
- 02
setup Signal
Rescue Avi Schwartzman and take him to the safehouse.
- 03
setup Hack
Steal the hacking device from the rival crew.
- 04
setup Convoy
Stop the Merryweather convoy and deliver its truck.
- 05
setup Bikes
Steal the four Lectros prepared for the escape.
- 06
finale The Pacific Standard Job
Open the vault, control the crowd and take the full crew through the canyon to the Dinghy.
Strategies that genuinely change the route
Bank roles through to the boat
- When
- For four players after Vans, Signal, Hack, Convoy and Bikes.
- Plan
- Hacker and Demolition open the vault, two players control the crowd, then all four leave on one route to the Lectros, canyon and boat.
- Trade-off
- Speed in the bank does not offset money lost in a split escape; shared checkpoints matter more.
Plan for the selected team: QUATRO
Selected in the calculator • QUATRO for “The Pacific Standard Job — complete flow”: Hacker; Demolition; Crowd Control A; Crowd Control B / escape.
Concrete roles
Opens the vault system and completes required terminals.
Places charges on the correct doors in sync with the Hacker.
Maintains intimidation without uncontrolled fire.
Closes the rear in the bank and leads regrouping at the Lectros and boat.
Actions, risk and run recovery
- 01
setupVans - Action
- Split into Navigators and Drivers, photograph the Post OP vans and identify the vehicle carrying the correct transponder.
- Tip
- In Vans split driving and photography so plate photos are taken without stopping in traffic.
- Risk / failure condition
- Losing the correct van or taking an unreadable photo extends the search.
- How to recover the run
- Loop onto a parallel street, reacquire the van and take a closer photograph.
- 02
setupSignal - Action
- Take the transponder to Avi Schwartzman's island, clear the police, collect Avi and deliver him so he can tune the device.
- Tip
- In Signal the transponder operator stays with Avi while cover holds shoreline approaches.
- Risk / failure condition
- Leaving Avi interrupts the transfer and exposes him to fire.
- How to recover the run
- Return to the device, clear the nearest sector and finish the transfer before extraction.
- 03
setupHack - Action
- The Decoy Team attacks the crew around the black Gang Burrito, while the Transporter swaps the device between vans and delivers the correct rig to Paige.
- Tip
- The Hacker leads terminals while the crew stays behind doors as they open.
- Risk / failure condition
- Moving early separates the Hacker from cover and stalls progress.
- How to recover the run
- Return to the previous door, protect the terminal and resume only after it fully opens.
- 04
setupConvoy - Action
- Set an ambush on the Merryweather route, destroy the escort and helicopter, take the truck carrying thermal charges and deliver it.
- Tip
- In Convoy remove the Savage first, then surround and capture the Barracks intact.
- Risk / failure condition
- Focusing fire on the truck can destroy the required objective.
- How to recover the run
- Shift fire to escorts, stop the truck and capture it after clearing the road.
- 05
setupBikes - Action
- Clear the Lost MC clubhouse without damaging the vehicles, take all four Lectros and deliver them to the cache near the bank.
- Tip
- At Bikes stage every Lectro toward one chosen escape route.
- Risk / failure condition
- Scattered bikes delay the finale escape under full pursuit.
- How to recover the run
- Stage the missing bike at the shared exit and confirm all four before leaving.
- 06
finaleBank roles - Action
- Assign Hacker, Demolition and two Crowd Control players. The latter pair keeps the witnesses intimidated and prevents panic from escalating.
- Tip
- Assign Crowd Control, Hacker and Demolition, with the fourth player as mobile cover.
- Risk / failure condition
- An unfilled hostage or door role triggers the alarm before the vault.
- How to recover the run
- Restart before entry and restore roles to match the bank interactions.
- 07
finaleVault - Action
- The Hacker opens the security system, Demolition burns through successive doors with thermal charges, and the assigned players collect the cash.
- Tip
- Hacker and Demolition perform their interactions while Crowd Control holds the lobby.
- Risk / failure condition
- Leaving the crowd to help at the vault raises the alarm and exposes the take.
- How to recover the run
- Crowd Control returns to the lobby while the vault pair finishes without swapping roles.
- 08
finaleLeaving the bank - Action
- Regroup at the exit, push through NOOSE to the alley and keep the player carrying cash covered.
- Tip
- After leaving the bank keep the take carrier inside a tight formation.
- Risk / failure condition
- A solo sprint through the alley causes damage and loss of retained take.
- How to recover the run
- Return to the last cover, clear one section and move the entire crew.
- 09
finaleLectros and canyon - Action
- Take the prepared Lectros through the checkpoints to Raton Canyon and keep the full crew together.
- Tip
- Ride one canyon line on the Lectros and wait after each major obstacle.
- Risk / failure condition
- A split route leaves a player unsupported and can miss the shared jump.
- How to recover the run
- Hold the lead after the next bend, regroup all four markers and resume together.
- 10
finaleJump and boat - Action
- At the end of the route, jump into the canyon, deploy parachutes and reach the Dinghy used by all four players to escape.
- Tip
- Take the jump in order, reach the Dinghy and do not depart before the full crew boards.
- Risk / failure condition
- Leaving early strands the take or a player outside the completion zone.
- How to recover the run
- Circle the shore, collect the final player and only then head for delivery.
Common mistakes
Lost crowd control
- Consequence
- Panic in the bank increases security pressure and pulls the Hacker or Demolition from the doors.
- Correction
- Everyone returns to their side of the room; vault operators stay on interactions while Crowd Control rebuilds intimidation.
Split bank exit
- Consequence
- A lone runner absorbs all incoming fire and directly reduces the retained take.
- Correction
- Hold the lead behind cover, regroup all four and move the carrier between two pairs.
Escape without regrouping
- Consequence
- A missed checkpoint or lost bike stretches the team and exposes the money carrier.
- Correction
- The nearest player protects the stranded teammate, the others wait at the next point and nobody boards the boat until regrouped.
Pre-launch checklist
Hacker, Demolition and both Crowd Control roles are assigned before entry.
The crew knows regroup points: bank exit, Lectros, canyon and boat.
Two players divide the room and maintain intimidation without unnecessary hostage fire.
The money carrier stays protected and the group crosses each corner only after the front is clear.
At the Lectros, canyon jump and boat, everyone waits for all four players to confirm.
Expanded informational overview
Guide scopeThis section organizes the complete cycle: requirements, phases, figures and dependencies. The detailed operation flow is in the walkthrough above.
How the full cycle works
This section complements the walkthrough with full-cycle dependencies: unlock, preparations, finale, settlement and the next available attempt.
Unlock
Base requirement: High-end apartment. Minimum entry cost is kept separate from the setup fee.
Plan configuration
Available approach, target, difficulty and team choices determine later costs and payout distribution.
Preparations
The model's full time includes required preparation; optional items trade extra time for a safer run.
Finale
The result depends on target or pool value, participant count, possible losses and bonus conditions.
Settlement and replay
After deductions, the pool is distributed using the payout model. Group heists have a 48 min wait after the finale.
What affects the result
The min–typical–max range accounts for a variable target, loot or difficulty where applicable.
The setup fee is deducted before the net result is calculated.
Player count and NPC crew fees can change the host and each partner's payout.
The model compares 1 hr 35 min / 2 hrs 15 min / 3 hrs 25 min, not the finale alone.
Main strengths
- High payout per completed cycle.
- Clear split between preparation, finale and settlement.
Constraints
- Entry and setup costs reduce the first return.
- The result depends on team size, cuts and cooldown.
Solo / Duo / Trio / Quatro variants
Every supported team size shows its host, partner and team model; unofficial figures carry a clear source label, while lower-confidence payouts stay outside calculators.
Quatro: the default ranking model is 55% for the host and 15% for every partner; the guide lets you set individual cuts, while the setup cost is deducted only from the host.
- Host / owner
- $800,000
- Each partner
- $225,000
- Team net
- $1,475,000
- Cooldown
- 48 min
Complete figures by team
