Complete activity guide

Firefighter

Start here

Go to the El Burro Heights fire station and enter the Firefighter marker to receive an engine. If you own a Fire Truck or RCV, launch with the prompted control from the vehicle.

Access and requirements

Solo on all supported platforms with no mandatory purchase. A chain contains up to five successive calls, and each call's payout depends on speed.

If the start is missing

Check Freemode and the marker filter at El Burro Heights. Official TU 1.72 fixed the blip being hidden in some cases; change session if it still does not return.

01 • First completion, step by step

First completion, step by step

  1. 01

Collect the engine and accept a call

    ACTION
Launch at the station, enter the supplied engine and accept the first dispatch.
    TIP
Before moving, read the scenario name and target marker.
    RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
Leaving without reading the call can place you on the wrong side of a building.
    HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
Stop, route to the correct access side and continue.
  2. 02

Stage the vehicle at the incident

    ACTION
Park for a clear cannon/hose line or quick on-foot access to a valve, ladder or casualty.
    TIP
Do not block your own exit with wreckage or traffic.
    RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
Destroying the engine or staging far from equipment increases response time and reduces pay.
    HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
Restart with a fresh supplied vehicle if the current engine cannot continue the chain.
  3. 03

    Use the correct tool

    ACTION
Use water on fires, close the valve for a gas leak, extract the casualty in Rescue, or use the ladder/platform for the cat.
    TIP
Follow individual fire-source markers rather than spraying only the largest flame.
    RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
The wrong tool does not advance the objective and consumes bonus time.
    HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
Return to the engine or equipment point, select the correct function and approach from the safe side.
  4. 04

    Confirm the call is clear

    ACTION
Clear every marked fire/objective and wait for the completion message before leaving.
    TIP
For a building, circle the site—the last source may be on the other side or above.
    RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
Driving away with one active marker does not complete the dispatch.
    HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
Return to the final marker and change the water/access angle instead of cancelling the whole chain.
  5. 05

    Accept the next call

    ACTION
After settlement continue in the same serviceable engine through the fifth call.
    TIP
Pay is speed-based; favour clean driving rather than risking the engine for a shortcut.
    RISK / FAILURE CONDITION
After the fifth call the chain ends and a short break follows.
    HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
Collect settlement and rotate to another job; do not describe the break as an hour-long cooldown.

02 • Variants and mechanics

Variants and mechanics

Fires: tanker / vehicle / dumpster / building

Solo

Selected as a dispatch.

OBJECTIVE
Extinguish every marked source.
MECHANIC
Stage the engine at the correct angle; larger scenes contain several fire sources.
COMPLETION
The final source clears and settlement appears.
HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
Circle the scene and change the stream angle if progress does not move.

Rescue Operation

Solo

A randomly assigned rescue call.

OBJECTIVE
Reach the casualty and perform the prompted extraction.
MECHANIC
Secure the approach first, then enter the exact prompt.
COMPLETION
Safe hand-off/completion message ends the call.
HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
If the prompt is absent, circle the obstacle and approach the marked side.

Gas Leak

Solo

A randomly assigned valve call.

OBJECTIVE
Locate and shut the marked gas supply.
MECHANIC
Do not try to spray an invisible problem; the objective is the valve interaction.
COMPLETION
Valve closed and safety message.
HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
Leave the engine and approach the marker on foot from the correct side.

Cat Rescue

Solo

A randomly assigned elevated call.

OBJECTIVE
Position the height access, reach the cat and bring it down using the prompt.
MECHANIC
Correct engine placement by the wall saves the most time.
COMPLETION
Cat safely down and settlement.
HOW TO RECOVER THE RUN
Reposition the vehicle parallel to the building if the platform/ladder cannot reach.

03 • Real roles / Strategies

Real roles i Strategies

Real roles

Solo firefighter-driver

Drives, stages the engine, selects equipment and clears every marker alone; the activity has no artificial team split.

SAFE FIRST RUN

On arrival pause, read the marker and stage the engine. Complete each call without chasing the maximum speed bonus.

ADVANCED

Park for the next exit, clear sources from farthest to nearest and carry one serviceable engine through all five dispatches.

04 • Reward and economic status

Up to $7,500 + 250 RP per call; up to $37,500 + 1,250 RP for five

Each call's amount depends on speed, so a fixed lower bound or hourly rate is not defensible. Five successive calls form the maximum chain before a short break.

GTA$$7,500–37,500

One to five completed calls; an unfinished attempt is not the lower reward.

Bcommunity-reported
RP250–1,250 RP

250 RP per completed call, up to five in the chain.

Bcommunity-reported
CONFIDENCE: Official mechanics; exact maximum: convergent secondary sources • confidence B

05 • Common mistakes and recovery

Common mistakes and recovery

Water used on Gas Leak

Approach on foot and close the marked valve.

Final fire will not clear

Circle the scene, find the separate marker and change the stream angle.

Engine parked too far away

Move it to the correct wall/source instead of running around an inactive prompt.
