Enter Maze Bank Arena as LS Panic, disable the car with a drone, bypass its immobilizer and take it to Hao before delivery.
DUGGAN / ROBBERYComplete financial model
Salvage Yard board rule
- The board selects three of the five robbery types and three target cars for the weekly rotation.
- The shared limit is three cars; each of the three can be completed only once in that rotation.
- There is no permanent first-weekly bonus and no guarantee that an unfinished robbery survives the reset.
- A finale participant receives a community-reported flat $50,000 regardless of the car; completing every Elite Challenge can add an optional $50,000, up to $100,000 total (confidence C). The calculator does not treat this amount as a percentage of target value.
value goes to the business owner; helpers receive no cut from this sale
Complete step-by-step operation
OPERATIONS GUIDE V2 • SOLO
Enter Maze Bank Arena as LS Panic, disable the car with a drone, bypass its immobilizer and take it to Hao before delivery.
Start here
- Buy a Salvage Yard through Maze Bank Foreclosures and complete its setup with Yusuf and Jamal.
Select “The Duggan Robbery — complete flow” from the wall board when the robbery is in the current offering.
The planning room inside your Salvage Yard.
The robbery board: Scope Out, Planning Work, Tasks and finale.
- The Tow Truck, staff and upgrades unrelated to the robbery board are not required for the finale.
First run and replay
These are two persistent story instructions. They are not the finance calculator's weekly-variant switch.
First story playthrough
The first “The Duggan Robbery — complete flow” run includes Scope Out, its listed Planning Work, Tasks and the vehicle-recovery finale.
Story replay
Select the robbery again only when it returns to the board under the existing availability rule; this guide does not copy payout or reset figures from the finance model.

Strategies that genuinely change the route
LS Panic cover, EMP and Hao disarm
- When
- After acquiring the trailer, outfit, VIP pass, EMP drone and bypass module.
- Plan
- Enter in disguise to the private box, identify the car with the telescope, disable it with the drone, install the bypass and drive to Hao before the Salvage Yard.
- Trade-off
- A controlled entry limits combat before the immobilizer; the detour to Hao is mandatory because of the bomb.
Plan for the selected team: SOLO
Selected in the calculator • SOLO for “The Duggan Robbery — complete flow”: SOLO operator: LS Panic cover lead + Spotter and EMP operator + Bypass-module operator + Driver to Hao.
Concrete roles
Drives the trailer, presents the pass and opens the route to the private box. Identifies the target car by telescope, then hits it with the drone. Installs the module at the car under crew cover. Leaves the arena, drives directly to Hao's garage, then to the Salvage Yard.
Actions, risk and run recovery
- 01
prep / preparationScope Out: Arena - Action
- Photograph the Maze Bank Arena entrances, VIP area and pit lane to unlock the route to the Duggans' vehicle.
- Tip
- In Scope Out: Arena photograph the entry, box and pit lane as one route.
- Risk / failure condition
- A missed point hides part of the disguise or target-car route.
- How to recover the run
- Return to the missing vantage point, take the photo and wait for Jamal.
- 02
prep / preparationBypass Module - Action
- Destroy the jammers hiding the equipment location, steal the Merryweather bypass module and deliver it to the Salvage Yard.
- Tip
- For Bypass Module destroy the jammers first, then take the marked Merryweather device.
- Risk / failure condition
- Searching while jammers remain active does not reveal the correct location.
- How to recover the run
- Return to the last transmitter, destroy it and only then follow the restored signal.
- 03
prep / preparationLS Panic access - Action
- Prepare the LS Panic trailer, outfit, VIP pass and EMP drone; the optional armor disruption reduces finale protection.
- Tip
- Confirm the trailer, LS Panic outfits, VIP pass and EMP drone before the finale.
- Risk / failure condition
- An incomplete package breaks cover before the box or blocks disabling the car.
- How to recover the run
- Return to the board, complete the exact missing item and recheck the package.
- 04
finaleEnter the arena - Action
- Drive the trailer to Maze Bank Arena, enter in disguise and show the pass to the guard at the elevator.
- Tip
- Enter with the trailer, show the pass and keep weapons holstered through the elevator.
- Risk / failure condition
- An early alarm removes the safe route to the private box.
- How to recover the run
- Return to the last cover checkpoint and continue only after regrouping.
- 05
finaleDuggan box - Action
- Reach the private box, eliminate the Duggans and use the telescope to identify the target car on the arena floor.
- Tip
- In the box use the telescope and call the target car's model and position.
- Risk / failure condition
- Without identification the EMP can be aimed at the wrong vehicle.
- How to recover the run
- Return to the telescope, reacquire the active marker and only then switch to the drone.
- 06
finaleEMP drone - Action
- Take control of the battle drone, reach the correct car and hit it with the EMP emitter at the first clear opportunity.
- Tip
- With the drone establish a clear angle and fire EMP only at the confirmed car.
- Risk / failure condition
- A wasted pulse leaves the target active and closes the takeover window.
- How to recover the run
- Break off, reacquire the car and wait for a clear stationary moment.
- 07
finalePit lane - Action
- Descend to the pit lane, clear the remaining security and enter the disabled vehicle.
- Tip
- At pit lane clear the approach before the driver enters the disabled car.
- Risk / failure condition
- Entering early exposes driver and vehicle to security from both sides.
- How to recover the run
- Leave the car, take cover behind the barrier, clear positions and retry.
- 08
finaleBypass module - Action
- Install the stolen bypass module and hold the area until installation completes before the immobilizer can lock the car again.
- Tip
- The operator installs the Bypass Module while cover holds pit lane to full unlock.
- Risk / failure condition
- An interrupted installation lets the immobilizer lock the target again.
- How to recover the run
- Clear the nearest sector, return to the same panel and finish installation.
- 09
finaleHao - Action
- After leaving the arena, drive directly to Hao's garage so he can disarm the bomb fitted to the car.
- Tip
- After exiting set the first destination to Hao's garage, not the Salvage Yard.
- Risk / failure condition
- The bomb remains active and delivery cannot safely finish without Hao.
- How to recover the run
- Turn back before extending pursuit, reach Hao and wait for disarming.
- 10
finaleDelivery - Action
- After the bomb is removed, survive the pursuing Duggan vehicles and deliver the car to the Salvage Yard.
- Tip
- After Hao avoid damage and drive the target directly to the Salvage Yard.
- Risk / failure condition
- Stopping to fight lets Duggan forces block or destroy the car.
- How to recover the run
- Keep moving, change streets at a roadblock and let cover clear only the exit.
Common mistakes
Incomplete arena cover
- Consequence
- A missing package item triggers security before reaching the box and EMP drone.
- Correction
- Return to the Salvage Yard, complete the missing item and relaunch with the full LS Panic package.
EMP on the wrong car
- Consequence
- A wasted EMP shot leaves the target active and closes the short takeover window.
- Correction
- Stop the run, reacquire the confirmed car and wait for a clear, stationary emitter window.
Driving straight to the Salvage Yard
- Consequence
- The car bomb remains armed and delivery cannot be safely completed without Hao.
- Correction
- Turn back before extending pursuit, reach Hao, wait for disarming and only then drive to the Salvage Yard.
Pre-launch checklist
The LS Panic package, EMP drone and bypass module are complete.
The whole crew knows the mandatory order: arena, Hao, Salvage Yard.
Prepare the trailer, outfit and VIP pass as one entry package before the finale.
Use the box telescope to confirm model and position before switching to the drone.
After leaving the arena, the navigator sets Hao's garage as the only first destination.
Expanded informational overview
Guide scopeThis section organizes the complete cycle: requirements, phases, figures and dependencies. The detailed operation flow is in the walkthrough above.
The weekly board provides three robberies in total. Each has its own value and preparation scope, but all share the same rotation limit.
How the full cycle works
This section complements the walkthrough with full-cycle dependencies: unlock, preparations, finale, settlement and the next available attempt.
Unlock
Requirement: Salvage Yard.
Contract selection
Availability may depend on a board, phone call or activity rotation.
Preparation
The model includes required stages before the final settlement.
Completion
Team choice affects pace, host payout and each partner's payout.
Replay or rotation
A shared limit of three Salvage Yard robberies per rotation; reset every 7 days.
What affects the result
Payout and time cover the complete cycle, not only its final job.
The displayed amount is the verified host payout. The reported partner payout is disclosed separately and is not converted into a fictional average or team result.
Setup fees and commissions are deducted before the net result.
Fast/typical/beginner: 40 min / 55 min / 1 hr 25 min.
Main strengths
- Lower entry cost than major heists.
- Flexible supported team size.
Constraints
- Some contracts depend on board rotation.
- A partner may receive a different payout from the host.
Solo / Duo / Trio / Quatro variants
Every supported team size shows its host, partner and team model; unofficial figures carry a clear source label, while lower-confidence payouts stay outside calculators.
